Our State of the art Injection Moulding machines range from 25 to 550 tonne and include real time SPC Quality Monitoring.

Each moulding machine is fitted with a fully automatic high speed robot for part removal and to achieve fast cycle times with consistency and repeatability.

We carry out a comprehensive preventative maintenance program on each mould tool at GKK and have the advantage of a highly skilled graduate engineering team and professional quality control members.
